Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use an account only for yourself. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
• Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or create accounts to evade a restriction.

Commission transactions

Inklo provides tools for clients and artists to discuss a commission, agree final terms, exchange files, and track an order. The parties are responsible for reviewing the title, description, amount, delivery time, usage permission, license, and other final terms before confirming.

• A commission becomes an order only after the required parties confirm matching final terms.
• Payment, refunds, disputes, delivery, and settlement are handled according to the workflow shown in the relevant order.

User content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you upload, subject to the permissions you grant in a commission or message. You give Inklo the limited permission needed to host, secure, translate, display, and transmit that content to the intended participants and service providers.

• Only upload work and files that you have the right to share.
• The final commission terms control the client's commercial-use and license permissions.

Acceptable use

Use Inklo lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the service, scrape private data, upload malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or use the platform to move a transaction off-platform in a way that defeats its safety controls.

• No fraud, harassment, discrimination, spam, or unlawful content.
• No attempts to bypass authentication, payment, file-access, or moderation controls.
• No content that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

Service availability and liability

Inklo is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular creative, commercial, or financial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Inklo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When the change is material, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
